Well, we combed through actual user reviews alongside forum feedback, and did find some people who used Compound w wart remover for genital warts – with mixed results.

Here are some feedback with positive results:

Compound W Fast Acting Wart Remover Gel‘ user Henry91w feedback: ‘Several mouth ago my penis had grown two little wart. Then I bought this and want to give a try. I was very disappointed found out the manual said that this product could not be used on genital warts. However, since I already bought it, and I do not want to go to hospital for this little things plus so embarrassing. Then I just really carefully put very little drop on the warts on my penis. It feels a little bit hurts, then a little bit inch. I did it once a day, and only 3 days. I found two warts become darker and flat. Also I did not find any side effect on my penis yet. Just notice really careful to use it when you want to try on your penis warts, cause this remover is really kind of strong power.’

Compound W Freeze Off Wart Remover‘ user, Robert Nix from Missouri commented: ‘Worked pretty good for my genital warts. Most of them came off within 2 weeks. A rather large one took two tries, but is gone after that. I had a few burns on the smaller warts, where it was hard aim, but the burn marks went away after a week…’

Feedback from another Compound W Freeze Off Wart Remover‘ user: ‘I have used the Compound W to freeze off the genital warts. It worked great! It does hurt – not going to kid you on that one. My husband said it hurts more than even having them burned off at the docs which he had done… after the burning they cleared up within a week and a half. They first scabbed somewhat and then just fell off. There was some off colored marks (sort of pink and a couple were darker) but they are gone after 3 weeks’.

And below are some unpleasant personal experiences of using compound w on genital warts:

‘I had a few just under my foreskin on penis. I used the Compound W freeze kit and the acid. The freeze kit was not so bad, burns only for a few seconds. Then the acid liquid was the most pain ever!!’

‘I tried using it on one wart on the bass of my penis but it turned into a big black spot and has not gone away for a solid week now…’
